Topic: Building Code Update

CACP invited Los Angeles County Plan Check, Mr. Benjamin Ling, to discuss the Building Code Updates.  He will present the changes and answer any Coderelated questions.  Mr. Ling is a California Registered Civil and Structural Engineer.  He is curently the Senior Civil Engineer in the Building and Safety Department.  There will be other construction professionals from CACP during the event to provide clarifications.
